Editorial Policy

Gold price content must start from formulas, reader context, and clear limits, not empty predictions.

Last updated: .

Price rules

  • Price pages should show update time, formula, and estimate limits.
  • Tax, legal, and financial topics should prioritise official references and clear disclaimers.
  • If a price reference is not clear enough, content should be held back or labelled carefully.
  • Prices must not be written as if they are shop quotes or transaction promises.

News and market summaries

  • Gold news is written as original English context, not copied external articles.
  • News summaries must help readers understand gold price context, not chase sensational headlines.
  • External images are not republished unless usage rights are clear.
  • Articles must not turn news signals into buy, sell, hold, or certainty predictions.

Language review and corrections

Language checks, summaries, headlines, and illustrations must not invent prices, exchange rates, GST status, official references, or legal facts. Editorial images must be illustrative and must not show logos, price numbers, or fake documents.

Important corrections will be updated on the relevant page. If an error involves formula, references, tax, privacy, or disclaimers, the correction should also be reflected in the relevant trust page.

Commercial transparency

  • Paid, sponsored, or affiliate links must be disclosed before use.
  • Commercial placement must not change price formulas or official-reference positioning.
  • Product or shop reviews must not be published as real experience if they did not actually happen.
  • Commercial relationships and chart use are explained on the price accuracy page.
